The windowsills look great! The plaster will wrap around and in on 3 sides of the windows, so the sills are the only wood trim they'll get:
The doors are nice too. None of them are painted yet. All detail wood will have a clear finish, but will change color slightly:

Wow, so much done but still so much to do.
I really like how the pond/planter looks framed in the doorway.
You'll have a blank slate to decorate, should be fun!
