I hope it is that and not the European L. perenne. Hard to tell apart, but the lewisii should have styles much longer than anthers. Apparently the Forest Service in conjunction with other entities released what they thought was a native about 30 years ago, and it turned out to be L. perenne 'Appar'. You've obviously researched so you are probably right. Must say I could not find a very close match in all my searching, shows how hard it can be to properly ID a plant!
