Here's a load of inside shots, mostly cabinets and tile.
First the kitchen cabinets, not all in their proper places yet, but mostly. The tall cabinet in the first shot goes elsewhere (it's a broom closet). That's a wine rack with the cross strips. They are currently raw maple and will be painted with a clear finish:

The hole is where the stove goes:

Stairs:

Upstairs bathroom shots. We used all large format tiles, if I didn't mention that before. The bathroom cabinets are "floating" about 12" above the floor:

An aerial view of where we live (orange arrow) and the walk I love taking down to the ocean and along the cliffs (green arrows). In the upper left is the horse ranch where Atea took lessons and rode years ago and the park in the lower right with the beach is Natural Bridges Park where Monarch's have traditionally overwintered:

Such beautiful wood. Everything is coming together.
Thanks for including the aerial. Looks like a very scenic area.
Thanks for keeping us up-to-date!!
Just want to state publicly what I said in an email, I think your post titles are fantastic!
Thanks a lot for the pictures,
Love,
Dad.
i see a wine rack!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)
So nice to have a full compliment of cabinets. It will make your kitchen run much more efficiently! What stove are you getting? Will there be a hood?
I, too, like the large format tile (though I'm also very attracted to the "subway" tiles). The "floating" cabinets let you stand closer to the mirror - your feet don't hit the base.
Oh, and thanks for the little map. It makes such a big difference to me to have a picture in my head of where people are. I don't know why.
